Abstrak

ABSTRAK
Saluran transmisi gardu induk New Kadipaten-Rancaekek mempunyai peran penting dalam bidang industri di Jawa Barat dan memiliki panjang saluran sepanjang ±97,85 km. Maka dari itu kondisi saluran transmisi tersebut harus selalu dalam kondisi handal. Salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan adalah proteksi rele jarak. Agar proteksi rele jarak selalu dalam kondisi handal, diperlukan analisis penalaan rele jarak berdasarkan zona-nya. Analisis rele jarak ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan secara matematis dengan hasil uji rele jarak yang terpasang pada saluran transmisi gardu induk New Kadipaten-Rancaekek. Hasil perhitungan secara matematis rele jarak zona 1 sebesar 16,8551 Ω, zona 2 sebesar 25,2826 Ω, dan zona 3 sebesar 36,5999 Ω. Dan hasil pengujian rele jarak zona 1 sebesar 16,507 Ω, zona 2 sebesar 26,571 Ω, dan zona 3 sebesar 34,815 Ω. Perbedaan nilai rata-rata rele jarak setiap zona-nya sebesar 1,4%-2,3%. Artinya bahwa kondisi rele jarak pada saluran transmisi tersebut masih dalam keadaan handal, karena perbedaan nilai rele jaraknya masih dalam toleransi sebesar 5% menurut buku panduan Alstom Grid dan Easergy MiCOM P44x.

ABSTRACT
The transmission line of the New Kadipaten-Rancaekek substation has an important role in the industrial sector in West Java and has a channel length of ± 97.85 km. Therefore, the condition of the transmission line must always be in a reliable condition. One aspect that needs to be considered is the protection of distance relay. In order for the distance relay protection to always be in a reliable condition, it is necessary to analyze the rele distance tuning based on its zone. This distance rele analysis was carried out by comparing the calculation results mathematically with the results of the distance relay test attached to the transmission line of the New Kadipaten-Rancaekek substation. The calculation results mathematically distance relay of zone 1 is 16.8551 Ω, zone 2 is 25.2826 Ω, and zone 3 is 36.5999 Ω. And the test results the distance relay of zone 1 is 16.507 Ω, zone 2 is 26.571 Ω, and zone 3 is 34.815 Ω. The difference in the average value of the distance relay of each zone is 1.4%-2.3%. This means that the distance relay condition on the transmission line is still in a reliable state, because the difference value of the distance relay is still within tolerance of 5% according to the Alstom Grid and Easergy MiCOM P44x guidebooks.
