Perencanaan Sistem Lifting Menggunakan Single Crane dan Multi Crane

Lifting adalah suatu metode pengangkatan benda dengan bantuan crane, untuk memindahkan benda secara horizontal atau vertikal. Jurnal ini membahas tentang prosedur lifting menggunakan Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 Tahun 2020. Perencanaan sistem lifting ini bertujuan mengetahui kekuatan pada peralatan rigging yang akan menghasilkan dokumen berupa lifting plan, lifting operation, dan lifting drawing yang sesuai dengan standar K3. Pengangkatan metode single crane (menggunakan satu crane) memindahkan beban angkat kontainer dengan total berat 13 ton dengan pemanfaatan kapasitas crane 65%. Pengangkatan metode multi crane (menggunakan dua crane) mengangkat dan memindahkan kondisi benda angkat erection vessel dengan total berat 46,7 ton dari posisi horizontal menjadi vertikal dengan pemanfaatan kapasitas maksimum crane 62,37% dan 85,5%. Hasil pemilihan peralatan rigging dan pemanfaatan kapasitas crane ini telah sesuai dengan standar K3.

ABSTRACT
Lifting is a method of lifting an object with the help of a crane, to move objects horizontally or vertically. This journal discusses lifting procedures using the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2020. This lifting system planning aims to determine the strength of the rigging equipment which will produce documents in the form of lifting plans, lifting operations, and lifting drawings in accordance with K3 standards. The single crane lifting method (using one crane) moves the container lifting load with a total weight of 13 tons with a crane capacity utilization of 65%. The lifting of the multi crane method (using two cranes) lifts and moves the erection vessel lifting condition with a total weight of 46.7 tons from a horizontal position to a vertical position with a maximum crane capacity utilization of 62.37% and 85.5%. The results of the selection of the strength of the rigging equipment and the utilization of the crane's capacity are in accordance with K3 standards.
