Abstrak

ABSTRAK
Tugas akhir ini berisi tentang analisis RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) stasiun kompresi gas (SKG). Data-data yang digunakan untuk analisis diperoleh dari buku Offshore Reliability Data (OREDA) dan literatur tentang reliability (kehandalan), selama 1 tahun operasi. Analisis RAM digunakan untuk mengatasi kerusakan ataupun kegagalan komponen dan/atau sistem. Komponen utama dari SKG terdiri dari slug catcher, fuel gas system, dan gas compressor system. Berdasarkan evaluasi RAM yang dilakukan pada SKG, nilai reliability tertinggi dan terendah dimiliki shut down valve (sub-sistem dari slug catcher) dan kompresor (sub-sistem dari gas compressor system) masing-masing dengan nilai 0,9988 dan 0,6758. Nilai maintainability tertinggi dan terendah dimiliki pressure safety valve (sub-sistem dari fuel gas system) dan komporesor (sub-sistem dari gas compressor system) masing-masing dengan nilai 0,9502 dan 0,2172. Sementara itu, nilai availability tertinggi dan terendah dimiliki pressure safety valve (sub-sistem dari fuel gas system) dan kompresor (sub-sistem dari gas compressor system) masing-masing dengan nilai 0,9999 dan 0,9978. Dari nilai reliability masing-masing komponen dapat ditentukan bahwa reliability sistem SKG adalah 0,4260.


ABSTRACT
The contents of this final project focussed on the Reliabilty, Availability and Maintainabilty (RAM) analysis of Gas compressor Station (GCS). The data used for RAM analysis is taken based on the offshore reliability data (OREDA) and other references related to realiability matter, for 1 (one) year operation. The RAM analysis can be used to prevent the problem and failure, both of the components and/or system. The main component of GCS consist of slug catcher, fuel gas system, and gas compressor system. Based on RAM evaluation its found that the highest and the lowest reliability occupaid by shut down valve (sub-system based on slug catcher) and compressor (sub-system based on gas compressor system) with the values 0,9988 and 0,7658, respectively. The highest and the lowest maintainability occupaid by pressure safety valve (sub-system based on fuel gas system) and compressor (sub-system based on gas compressor system) with the values 0,9502 and 0,2172, respectively. Meanwhile, the highest and lowest availability occupaid by pressure safety valve (sub-system basen on fuel gas system) and compressor (sub-system basend on gas compressor system) with the values 0,9999 and 0,9978 respectively. Referring to the reliability values of the component, the reliability of GCS system can be determined i.e. 0,4260.
