Evaluasi System Fire Protection Pada Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Paramarta Bandung

Abstract

The importance of fire protection systems in hospital buildings to meet building safety system requirements according to the Indonesian government and local governments. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of the level of explanation of fire protection in the Blood Building at Paramarta Cardiac and Vascular Hospital Bandung and to determine the completeness of the components of all tools in the fire protection system at Paramarta Cardiac and Vascular Hospital Bandung. In this study, the data analysis used was descriptive quantitative data analysis Based on the results of the analysis of the reporting level of the fire protection system at the Paramarta Cardiac and Vascular Hospital in Bandung, it can be seen from the 4 main variables, namely, site completeness, recovery facilities, active protection systems and passive protection systems that are in accordance with regulations, based on the results of a gap analysis of 82,51%. The components of the fire protection system that have been installed in the Paramarta Bandung Hospital building have been installed as a whole based on the research sub-variables, but there are several tools in the sub-components of the 4 research variables that need to be increased in number to make them more qualified.

Abstrak
Pentingnya system fire protection pada bangunan gedung Rumah Sakit untuk memenuhi persyaratan sistem keselamatan gedung menurut pemerintah Indonesia maupun pemerintah daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai tingkat keandalan fire protection pada bangunan gedung Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Paramarta Bandung dan untuk mengetahui kelengkapan komponen semua alat pada system fire protection di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Paramarta Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat keandalan sistem proteksi kebakaran di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Paramarta Bandung dilihat dari 4 variabel utama yaitu, variabel kelengkapan tapak, sarana penyelamatan, sistem proteksi aktif dan sistem proteksi pasif yang sudah sesuai dengan peraturan, berdasarkan hasil dari analisis gap sebesar 82,51%. Komponen system fire protection yang sudah terpasang pada bangunan gedung RSJP Paramarta Bandung sudah terpasang secara keseluruhan berdasarkan sub variabel penelitian, namun ada beberapa alat pada sub komponen dari 4 variabel penelitian yang perlu ditambah jumlahnya agar lebih mumpuni.
