Drive Test Indoor Jaringan 4G LTE Operator XL di Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional

Teknologi 4G adalah teknologi telekomunikasi yang dapat memberikan kecepatan akses berkisar 100 Mbps sampai 1 Gbps. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah performa site indoor Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional masih sesuai KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Jaringan 4G LTE yang ditentukan operator XL atau tidak. Metoda drive test yang digunakan adalah MS 1 idle mode locked 4G dan MS 2 dedicated mode locked 4G. Hasil drive test menunjukkan hampir semua parameter jaringan 4G LTE di Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional masih memenuhi KPI dari operator XL, kecuali parameter downlink troughput. Parameter downlink troughput di semua lantai yg diukur memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,84 Mbps. Nilai tersebut tidak memenuhi KPI disebabkan oleh user equipment yang terdapat di Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional melebihi kapasitas kanal trafik yang tersedia. Dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa parameter-parameter jaringan 4G LTE sangat mempengaruhi performa dari suatu site.

ABSTRACT
4G technology is a telecommunications technology that can provide access speeds ranging from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the indoor site performance of the National Brain Center Hospital was still in accordance with the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of the 4G LTE network determined by the XL operator or not. The drive test method used is MS 1 idle mode locked 4G and MS 2 dedicated mode locked 4G. The results of the drive test show that almost all parameters of the 4G LTE network at the National Brain Center Hospital still meet the KPI of XL operator, except for the downlink throughput parameter. The downlink throughput parameter on all floors measured has an average value of 0.84 Mbps. This value does not meet the KPI because the equipment user at the National Brain Center Hospital exceeds the available traffic channel capacity. From this research it can be seen that the 4G LTE network parameters greatly affect the performance of a site.
