Dengan penerapan Arsitektur kontemporer yang merupakan suatu bentuk karya arsitektur yang sedang berlangsung pada saat ini.Arsitektur kontemporer muncul karena adanya kebutuhan akan gaya baru pada saat itu, kemudian terus berkembang menjadi era seni dan kerajinan, ketika situasi sosial mulai berkembang. mengubah. Sesuai dengan prinsip – prinsip Asitektur Kontemporer yaitu: bangunan yang kokoh, gubahan yang ekspresif dan dinamis konsep ruang terkesan terbuka, harmonisasi ruang dalam dengan ruang luar, memiliki fasad terbuka/transparan dan eksplorasi elemen lanskap. Desain pada bangunan ini harus sesuai dengan penerapan di era new normal ini yang sangat cocok dengan gaya arsitektur kontemporer dengan arti mengikuti zaman. Apartemen ini memiliki bentuk letter U dengan total 2 lantai podium dan 6 lantai untuk hunian.
