PENERAPAN ARSITEKTUR KONTEMPORER PADA PERANCANGAN HOTEL BISNIS DI JALAN DR. DJUNJUNAN, KOTA BANDUNG

Hotel Bisnis merupakan salah satu bangunan komersil yang sangat dibutuhkan di kota Bandung agar dapat memfasilitasi para Pelaku Bisnis serta Wisatawan dari luar kota untuk berada di kota Bandung. Menyikapi kebutuhan tersebut, kehadiran Hotel Bisnis yang berada di pusat kota merupakan sebuah alternatif pilihan sebagai tempat untuk menginap bagi para pelaku Bisnis dan wisatawan. Dalam proyek Hotel Bisnis ini menerapkan Tema Arsitektur Kontemporer. Arsitektur Kontemporer memiliki desain yang variatif, inovatif, fleksibel dan lebih maju, baik secara tampilan dan bentuk, pengolahan material, jenis material maupun teknologi yang dipakai. Dengan diterapkannya tema arsitektur kontemporer pada perancangan Hotel Bisnis ini, diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi dan memenuhi kebutuhan sebagai tempat untuk pelaku Bisnis dan juga Wisatawan.

Abstract
The Business Hotel is one of the commercial buildings that is very much needed in the city of Bandung in order to facilitate business people and tourists from outside the city to be in the city of Bandung. Responding to these needs, the presence of a Business Hotel in the city center is an alternative choice as a place to stay for business people and tourists. In this Business Hotel project apply the Contemporary Architecture Theme. Contemporary Architecture has designs that are varied, innovative, flexible and more advanced, both in appearance and form, material processing, type of material and technology used. With the application of the contemporary architectural theme in the design of this Business Hotel, it is hoped that it will facilitate and fulfill the need as a place for business people and tourists alike.
