PENERAPAN DESAIN KONTEMPORER PADA APARTEMEN LlOYD TOWER DI KOTA BANDUNG

Perkembangan citra di Kota Bandung sebagai kota kreatif yang sudah dari zaman Belanda dapat meningkatkan antusiasme pariwisata. Apartemen ini berfungsi sebagai kawasan unit tempat tinggal di untuk memberikan kenyamanan dan rasa aman, Arsitek Kontemporer sebuah suatu karya arsitektur yang terjadi pada masa kini.Perkembangan tren yang ini di dominasi oleh arsitektur Kontemporer yang digabungkan dengan modern yang memiliki kesamaan dalam ekspresi . Prinsip Kontemporer teknolgi masa kini, Gubahan yang lebih ekspresif dan dinamis, Konsep ruang terkesan terbuka, Harmonisasi antara ruang dalam dan luar,Fasad Terlihat seperti Transparan,dan Eksplorasi Lanskap Arsitektur Kontemporer juga lahir karna ketidak puasan arsitek terhadap teori – teori yang mengekang aristektur itu sendiri. Pengolahan ruang dalam diwujudkan dalam sebuah ruangan yang beragam dan kreatif , yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan para pengguna untuk perkembangan di kota Bandung.Material dari ciri Kontemporer Penggunaan bahan kaca pelindung dapat dibuat dengan kaca Tampred Glass (kaca pelindung) pada curtainwall, kaca yang memiliki lapisan dua atau lebih dan bahkan dalam satu atau lebih lapisan. Penerapan selanjutnya ialan pengolahan elemen lanskap yang di olah dan desain deangan sedemikian rupa demi memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna apartemen. Apartemen Lloyd dipacu pada tiga aspek kontemporer yaitu fasad yang transparan ,eksplorasi lanskap , Harmonisasi warna gaya kontemporer dengan pemilihan warna netral.

Developing image in bandung as a creative city already in Dutch times can boost tourism's enthusiasm. The apartment serves asa unit's home area in order to provide comfort and security, a contemporary architect an architectural piece that takes place today. This trend development is dominated by contemporary architecture combined with modern having a common expression . Today's more expressive and dynamic contemporary principles, the more expressive and dynamic compositions, the concepts of space impressed open, the harmonizing of inner and outer space, the facade seems almost transparent, and the exploration of the landscape . contemporary architecture is also born of the architect's discontent of theory-the one that guides the region itself . the deep space processing is embodied ina room of diverse and creative possibilities, That would meet the needs of users for development in bandung . materials from a contemporary use of protective glass could be made with curtainwall glass, The glass has two or more layers and in one or more layers . further applications of the processional elements of the landscape and the deducted design to meet the needs of apartment user . Lloyd's apartment are spurred on three contemporary aspects of transparent fasad, landscape exploration, harmonizing contemporary style colors with the choosing of neutral colors.
