PERANCANGAN KONSEP ARSITEKTUR INDUSTRIAL PADA BANGUNAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN OTOMOTIF DI KOTA BARU PARAHYANGAN

ABSTRAK
Industri Otomotif merupakan salah satu industri penyumbang terbesar di negara berkembang. Industri otomotif juga merupakan salah satu bidang yang sangat berkompetensi di setiap negara-negara yang berbeda. Indonesia masih belum mampu untuk memproduksi dan bersaing di bidang industri otomotif. Kebutuhan akan fasilitas industri otomotif perlu banyak diadakan di Indonesia. Dengan adanya Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Otomotif, maka Automotive School Center menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk memberikan fasilitas bagi peminat yang ingin mempelajari secara mendalam terkait ilmu otomotif. Automotive School Center juga dapat menjadi wadah untuk menarik minat di bidang industri otomotif melalui tema Arsitektur Industrial. Mengingat pengadaan sekolah yang akan bergerak di bidang industri dan semakin melonjaknya harga material, maka pemilihan tema Arsitektur Industrial sendiri menjadi tepat. Diharapkan dengan pemilihan konsep arsitektur industrial yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi material tambahan dan penggunaan material yang bersifat unfinished, pengguna dapat merasakan kenyamanan selama menjalani kegiatan belajar di sekolah tanpa mengurangi segi estetika pada bangunan.

ABSTRACT
The automotive industry is one of the largest contributing industry to developing countries. The automotive industry is also one of the highly competent fields in different countries. Indonesia is still unable to produce and compete in the automotive industry. There is an excellent need for automotive industry facilities in Indonesia. With the existence of the Automotive Vocational High School, the Automotive School Center is the right choice to provide facilities for enthusiasts who wish to study in depth related to automotive science. The Automotive School Center can also be a place to attract interest in the automotive industry through the Industrial Architecture theme. Considering the procurement of schools that will operate in the industrial sector and the increasing price of materials, the choice of the Industrial Architecture theme is appropriate. By selecting the concept of industrial architecture, which aims to reduce additional materials and the use of unfinished materials, users can feel comfortable while carrying out learning activities at school without reducing the aesthetics of the building.
