PENEKANAN EFEKTIFITAS PRODUKSI JAM TANGAN BONGGOL JAGUNG

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian tugas akhir ini didasari dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan pada proses penelitian sebelumnya (Proyek Desain V). Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa bonggol jagung memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai alternatif pembuatan jam tangan yang menawarkan kebaruan yang tinggi. Penekanan ini dilakukan karena pada penelitian sebelumnya belum mempertimbangkan variabel kecepatan produksi dan karakteristik mesin yang digunakan. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan jam tangan bonggol jagung sebagai produk yang realistis dengan melalui pertimbangan produksi dari kompromi nilai kreasi. Sebagai tindak lanjut untuk mengembangkan potensi dari produk jam tangan olahan bonggol akan dilakukan uji efektifitas produksi.
Penelitian akan diawali dengan tahap evaluasi dari proses pembuatan jam tangan bonggol jagung pada penelitian sebelumnya. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menekankan efisiensi dari eksperimentasi pengembangan jam tangan bonggol jagung yang mempertimbangkan nilai kompromi antara nilai kreasi dan nilai efektifitas produksi, dengan tujuan menghasilkan harga pokok produksi jam tangan bonggol jagung dari hasil efektifitas produksi jam tangan bonggol jagung tersebut.

ABSTRACT
This final project research is based on the results of the evaluation carried out in the previous research process (Project Design V). It was concluded that the corncob has the potential to be developed as an alternative for making watches that offer high novelty. This emphasis is made because the previous research has not considered the variable speed of production and the characteristics of the machine used. So that it can produce corncob watches as realistic products through production considerations from a compromise of creative value. As a follow-up to developing the potential of the hump-processed watch product, a production effectiveness test will be carried out.
The research will begin with the evaluation phase of the process of making corncob watches in previous studies. The evaluation was conducted to emphasize the efficiency of the experimental development of corncob watches that considers the value of the compromise between the value of creation and the value of production effectiveness, with the aim of producing the cost of production of corncob watches from the results of the effectiveness of the production of corncob watches.
