PENERAPAN ARSITEKTUR NEO-VERNAKULAR DAN NEO-FUTURISTIK PADA PERANCANGAN PANGALENGAN DREAM LAKE LEISURE AND ADVENTURE PARK DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG

Taman tematik adalah konsep taman rekreasi yang dirancang berdasarkan tema, di dalamnya terdapat berbagai wahana dan pertunjukkan. Pangalengan Dream Lake Leisure and Adventure Park merupakan theme park yang mengangkat tema Architecture as time travel dituangkan dalam konsep lost and found, menghadirkan dua tema berbeda yaitu mengajak pengunjung kembali ke masa lalu (lost) dan membawanya juga ke masa depan (found). Konsep masa lalu direpresentasikan dengan gaya Arsitektur Neo-Vernakular Sunda pada elemen bangunan dan juga konsep wahana sehingga membuat pengunjung merasakan kehangatan dari kearifan lokal budaya Sunda. Sedangkan konsep masa depan dimunculkan dengan gaya Arsitektur Neo-Futuristik dengan desain bangunan modern dan teknologi canggih, memberikan nuansa yang menantang konvensionalisme. Dengan penggabungan dua setting waktu yang berbeda beserta gaya arsitekturnya membuat pengunjung merasakan pengalaman yang mengesankan. Fasilitas leisure yang disediakan adalah kegiatan menginap berupa glamping dan cottage, kuliner, berbelanja, menikmati atraksi air mancur, dan keindahan alam Situ Cileunca. Sedangkan fasilitas adventure terdapat wahana dan pertunjukkan pada setiap zona, seperti kampung adat, sewa perahu, sewa sepeda, sewa kostum, berswafoto, sky bike, galeri etnik dan galeri digital. Bukan hanya hiburan, pengunjung juga mendapatkan edukasi tentang budaya Jawa Barat, sehingga Pangalengan Dream Lake menjadi one stop tourism spot yang mengangkat citra daerah Pangalengan Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract
A theme park is a recreational park concept designed based on a theme, in which there are various rides and shows. Pangalengan Dream Lake Leisure and Adventure Park is a theme park that raises the theme of Architecture as time travel expressed in the concept of lost and found, presenting two different themes, namely inviting visitors back to the past (lost) and bringing them also to the future (found). The concept of the past is represented by the Sundanese Neo-Vernacular Architecture style on building elements and also the concept of rides so as to make visitors feel the warmth of the local wisdom of Sundanese culture. While the concept of the future is raised with the Neo-Futuristic Architectural style with modern building designs and advanced technology, giving a nuance that challenges conventionalism. By combining two different time settings and architectural styles, visitors feel a memorable experience. Leisure facilities provided are overnight activities in the form of glamping and cottages, culinary, shopping, enjoying fountain attractions, and the natural beauty of Situ Cileunca. While the adventure facilities are rides and shows in each zone, such as traditional villages, boat rental, bicycle rental, costume rental, taking selfies, sky bikes, ethnic galleries and digital galleries. Not only entertainment, visitors also get education about West Javanese culture, so that Pangalengan Dream Lake becomes a one-stop tourism spot that raises the image of the Pangalengan area of Bandung Regency.
