PENERAPAN KONSEP REGIONALISME PADA RANCANGAN TAMAN HIBURAN TEMATIK “PANGALENGAN BOTANICAL HOUSE” DI SITU CILEUNCA

Perancangan Theme Park melalui pendekatan regionalisme dilakukan guna memberikan pengalaman otentik khas Pangalengan. Mendemamnya modernisasi morfologi pada Pusat Kota menghambat pengembangan ruang publik yang bernilai kultural. Oleh karena itu, perletakan Theme Park di kawasan rural bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman sensori bagi pengunjung yang berasal dari Pusat Kota. Proses rancangan dilakukan melalui tahap persiapan, tahap survey lokasi, tahap studi, tahap pengolahan data, dan tahap perancangan. Penerapan eklektik regionalism pada Theme Park meliputi elemen lanskap dan elemen arsitekturnya. Elemen arsitektur berupa desain bangunan yang melalui proses inovasi rancangan modern berbasis tradisi. Elemen lanskap diambil dari pendekatan fase tumbuh kembang tumbuhan yang dikembangkan menjadi pembabakan cerita dalam rancangan tapak. Rumusan tersebut menghasilkan Theme Park yang interaksi antar wahananya merupakan adopsi dari unsur botanical di sekitar, dan massa arsitektural merupakan hasil jadi dari penggabungan International Style dengan Bangunan Tradisional yang tumbuh di lingkungan Pangalengan. Perwujudan objek proyek diharapkan dapat menyampaikan pesan kepada Masyarakat luas akan pentingnya keberadaan identitas lokal.

Abstract
Designing a Theme Park through a regionalism approach is done to provide an authentic experience typical of Pangalengan. The morphological modernization of the City Center inhibits the development of culturally valuable public spaces. Therefore, the placement of the Theme Park in the rural area aims to enhance the sensory experience for visitors coming from the City Center. The design process is carried out through the preparation stage, site survey stage, study stage, data processing stage, and design stage. The application of eclectic regionalism in the Theme Park includes landscape elements and architectural elements. Architectural elements are in the form of building designs that go through a process of tradition-based modern design innovation. Landscape elements are taken from the plant growth and development phase approach which is developed into storytelling in site design. The formulation produces a Theme Park whose interaction between rides is an adoption of the surrounding botanical elements, and the architectural mass is the finished result of combining International Style with Traditional Buildings that grow in the Pangalengan environment. The realization of the project object is expected to convey a message to the wider community about the importance of the existence of local identity.
