PENERAPAN ARSITEKTUR BIOFILIK PADA PERANCANGAN WAHANA REKREASI BOTANICA PARK DI KOTA BANDUNG

Theme Park adalah sebuah taman rekreasi yang mempunyai ciri khas untuk menandai suatu lokasi dengan tema yang diangkat serta konsep utama dari taman ini biasanya adalah temanya. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Bandung 2022, bagi pelajar dan mahasiswa, Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu daerah tujuan untuk menuntut ilmu. Keseharian pelajar dan mahasiswa adalah menuntut ilmu, hal ini seringkali membuat pelajar dan mahasiswa merasa lelah dan jenuh. Didukung dengan telah terjadinya pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan lahirnya perubahan prilaku yang disebut “New Normal”. Untuk mengantisipasi masalah diatas, akan dirancang taman hiburan edukatif dengan fungsi botanical garden yang berlokasi di Jl. Jakarta, Kelurahan Kebonwaru, Kecamatan Batununggal. Taman ini akan terdiri dari berbagai fasilitas berupa Visitor Centre, Hydroponics Greenhouse, Orchid Dome, Taman Pohon Buah, Taman Bunga, Taman Maze, 4D Cinema, Virtual Reality, Mini Museum Herbarium, dan Laboratorium Botani. Taman Tematik ini menerapkan konsep Arsitektur Biofilik. Konsep Biofilik dipilih untuk menyikapi isu tentang perubahan perilaku “New Normal” agar mendapatkan lingkungan yang sehat. Adapun konsep biofilik yang diterapkan adalah nature in space pattern dan analogous pattern yang akan tercermin pada rancangan bangunan Visitor Centre berupa innercourt (taman indoor), greenwall dan WPC pada fasad, penggunaan greenroof pada atap bangunan, banyaknya bukaan pada bangunan, serta pada rancangan tapak berupa kolam dan taman.

ABSTRACT
Theme Park is a recreational park that has a characteristic to mark a location with a theme raised and the main concept of this park is usually the theme. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Bandung 2022, for students and students, among the places to study is the city of Bandung. The daily life of students and students is studying, this often makes students and students feel tired and bored. Supported by the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has led to a change in behavior called "New Normal". To anticipate the above problems, an educative theme park will be designed with the function of a botanical garden located on Jl. Jakarta, Kebonwaru Village, Batununggal District. This park will consist of various facilities in the form of a Visitor Centre, Hydroponics Greenhouse, Orchid Dome, Fruit Tree Garden, Flower Garden, Maze Garden, 4D Cinema, Virtual Reality, Mini Herbarium Museum and Botanical Laboratory. This Thematic Park applies the concept of Biophilic Architecture. The Biophilic concept was chosen to address the issue of "New Normal" behavior change in order to get a healthy environment. The biophilic concept applied is the nature in space pattern and the analogous pattern which will be reflected in the design of the Visitor Center building in the form of an innercourt (indoor garden), greenwall and WPC on the facade, the use of greenroofs on the roof of the building, the number of openings in the building, as well as on the site design in the form of ponds and gardens.
