PENERAPAN PRINSIP DESAIN ARSITEKTUR MODERN DAN BIOFILIK PADA RANCANGAN THEME PARK AQUAVENTURES DI PANGALENGAN, KABUPATEN BANDUNG

Objek wisata saat ini banyak yang bermunculan dengan konsep yang beragam dan yang sangat diminati oleh wisatawan adalah yang bernuansa alam, khususnya di Jawa Barat. Keberadaan objek wisata tersebut selain ditopang oleh potensi alam, diperlukan juga kreatifitas dalam pengelolaan desain bangunan dan landscape agar dapat lebih menarik minat wisatawan, misalnya berupa theme park atau dapat disebut juga sebagai taman hiburan tematik. Dengan adanya pembangunan theme park di kawasan tersebut dirasa sangat menjanjikan dan memiliki peluang yang baik, karena theme park ini dapat dijadikan sebagai destinasi dan menjadikannya sebagai sebuah ikon baru di daerah tersebut yang dapat membuat lebih banyak wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan menikmati rekreasi mereka. Metode pendekatan perancangan yang mencakup kegiatan survey lapangan, melakukan studi banding, analisa potensi dan permasalahan pada site proyek, menyusun planning programming yang mencakup data proyek dan analisa secara keseluruhan secara tertulis, dan perwujudan kedalam perancangan desain secara tergambar yang berdasarkan data-data di dalam planning programming dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dalam perencanaan theme park yang akan dirancang merujuk ke tema “Exploring Nature in Modern Era” yang akan dijadikan acuan sebagai titik berangkat dari perancangan Aquaventures Park yang menerapkan konsep arsitektur modern dan biofilik. Hasil perancangan untuk penerapan konsep arsitektur modern terefleksikan pada fasad bangunan ticketing & kantor dan penerapan arsitektur biofilik yang terlihat pada penerapan green wall dan green roof pada eksterior & interior bangunan utama dan skywalk.

Abstract
Many tourist objects are currently popping up with various concepts and those that are in great demand by tourists are those with natural nuances, especially in West Java. Apart from being supported by natural potential, the existence of these tourist objects requires creativity in managing building and landscape designs so that they can attract more tourists, for example in the form of theme parks or also known as thematic amusement parks. With the development of a theme park in the area it feels very promising and has good opportunities, because this theme park can be used as a destination and make it a new icon in the area that can attract more tourists to visit and enjoy their recreation. The design approach method includes field survey activities, conducting comparative studies, analyzing potentials and problems at the project site, compiling programming plans that include project data and overall analysis in writing, and embodiment into the design in an illustrated way based on the data in the planning programming and goals to be achieved. In planning the theme park that will be designed refers to the theme "Exploring Nature in the Modern Era" which will be used as a reference as a starting point for the design of Aquaventures Park which applies modern and biophilic architectural concepts.
The results of the design for the application of modern architectural concepts are reflected in the facades of ticketing & office buildings and the application of biophilic architecture seen in the application of green walls and green roofs on the exterior & interior of the main building and skywalk.
