Penerapan arsitektur historism bertema kolonial dalam perancangan themepark di Jalan Laswi, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat, sebagai sarana wisata dan edukasi telah menjadi perhatian utama dalam industri pariwisata modern. Tema historism kolonial menawarkan pengalaman unik yang memadukan keindahan dan pesona gaya arsitektur klasik dari masa kolonial dengan nilai-nilai historis yang memberikan wawasan edukatif tentang masa lalu. Melalui penelitian ini, kami mengeksplorasi perancangan fasad bangunan, penggunaan material, dan landscape untuk menciptakan suasana historis yang autentik. Penggunaan arsitektur historism pada themepark dipilih sebagai solusi yang tepat untuk menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang unik dan autentik. Melalui pendekatan perancangan yang cermat, termasuk pemilihan elemen arsitektur yang tepat, integrasi material yang sesuai dengan tema, dan penataan landscape yang menonjolkan karakter kolonial, diharapkan themepark ini dapat memberikan pengalaman unik bagi para pengunjung dan meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap warisan budaya kolonial di kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dan inspirasi bagi pengembangan destinasi wisata lainnya yang mengadopsi tema historism kolonial.

Abstract
The application of historical-themed colonial architecture in the design of a themepark on Laswi Street, Bandung City, West Java, as a means of tourism and education, has been a major concern in the modern tourism industry. The colonial historism theme offers a unique experience that combines the beauty and charm of classical architecture from the colonial era with historical values that provide educational insights into the past. Through this research, we explore the design of building facades, the use of materials, and landscape to create an authentic historical ambiance. The use of historical-themed architecture in the themepark is chosen as the appropriate solution to create a unique and authentic tourist experience. Through a careful design approach, including the selection of appropriate architectural elements, the integration of materials that suit the theme, and the arrangement of the landscape to highlight colonial characteristics, it is expected that this themepark will provide a distinctive experience for visitors and enhance appreciation for the colonial cultural heritage in Bandung. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference and inspiration for the development of other tourist destinations adopting the colonial historism theme.
