PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR MODERN PADA PERANCANGAN RIMBA ADVENTURE AND NATURE PARK DI SITU CILEUNCA KABUPATEN BANDUNG

Situ Cileunca merupakan sebuah danau yang menjadi obyek wisata Bandung bagian Selatan. Tempat wisata ini merupakan sebuah danau buatan dengan kedalaman 17 meter dan memiliki luas sekitar 1.400 hektar. Karena panoramanya yang sangat indah mempesona, maka tempat ini pun menjadi destinasi para wisatawan yang ingin menikmati pesona eksotisnya. Pemilihan konsep hutan merupakan konsep yang cocok diterapkan di kawasan Situ Cileunca karena memiliki potesi alam berupa danau yang indah. Permasalahan pada taman hiburan tematik tersebut adalah bagaimana memaksimalkan potensi danau Situ Cilunca sebagai taman hiburan tematik hutan terbuka yang membutuhkan bangunan dengan area bukaan yang banyak. Maka, konsep Arsitektur Modern dipilih sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Tema Arsitektur Modern banyak memanfaatkan penghawaan alami sehingga pada pengimplementasiannya banyak terdapat ruang terbuka. Karakteristik ini yang dapat mendukung pengambilan tema hutan dengan konsep bangunan. Konsep bukaan pada bangunan ini dapat membuat pengunjung merasakan hutan secara langsung. Penerapan konsep Arsitektur Modern pada peranangan Rimba Adventure And Nature Park berupa desain bangunan dengan penerapan garis vertical dan horizontal, bangunan cenderung berbentuk kotak, minim dekorasi, memaksimalkan ruang terbuka dan penggunaan material material alami.

Abstract
Situ Cileunca is a lake that serves as a tourist attraction in the southern part of Bandung. This tourist spot is a man-made lake with a depth of 17 meters and covers an area of approximately 1,400 hectares. Due to its breathtaking and stunning panorama, this place has become a destination for tourists seeking to enjoy its exotic beauty. The selection of a forest concept is suitable for the Situ Cileunca area due to its natural potential in the form of a beautiful lake. The challenge in developing this thematic amusement park lies in maximizing the potential of Situ Cileunca lake as an open forestthemed amusement park that requires structures with ample open spaces. Hence, the Modern Architecture concept was chosen as the solution to this issue. The Modern Architecture theme extensively utilizes natural ventilation, resulting in the incorporation of many open spaces in its implementation. This characteristic supports the adoption of a forest theme within the architectural design. The architectural approach to the buildings at Rimba Adventure and Nature Park, using the Modern Architecture concept, involves the utilization of both vertical and horizontal lines. The buildings tend to have a box-like shape, minimal decoration, a focus on maximizing open spaces, and the use of natural materials. This design approach aims to provide visitors with a direct experience of the forest, as the open concept of the buildings allows them to immerse themselves in the surroundings.
