PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR KONTEMPORER DALAM PERANCANGAN YOUTH FACILITIES ACTIVE LIFE SPACE CENTER DI JALAN PAHLAWAN KOTA BANDUNG

Abstrak
Kota Bandung merupakan Ibu Kota Jawa Barat dan sebagai salah satu kota di Indonesia yang terus berkembang dalam menyediakan fasilitas publik yang mendukung gaya hidup aktif dan bermakna bagi masyarakat terutama anak muda. Perancangan Youth Facilities Active Life Space Center di Jalan Pahlawan bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang publik multifungsi yang dapat menjadi wadah aktivitas sosial, olahraga, dan rekreasi bagi masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam proyek ini adalah kurangnya fasilitas anak muda dan fasilitas publik yang mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan gaya hidup aktif secara holistik di kawasan tersebut. Metodologi perancangan melibatkan analisis tapak, studi preseden, dan kajian kebutuhan pengguna untuk menghasilkan konsep yang sesuai dengan karakteristik lokasi serta kebutuhan masyarakat. Konsep perancangan difokuskan pada integrasi ruang terbuka hijau, sirkulasi yang efisien, dan penggunaan material ramah lingkungan. Hasil rancangan menunjukkan penerapan dengan pendekatan tema arsitektur kontemporer, pendekatan arsitektur kontemporer digunakan untuk menghadirkan desain yang inovatif, estetis, dan fungsional, sekaligus mencerminkan identitas modern kota Bandung melalui pendekatan arsitektur kontemporer. Proyek ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landmark baru yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas hidup masyarakat Bandung.

Abstract
Bandung City is the capital of West Java and is one of the cities in Indonesia that continues to develop in providing public facilities that support an active and meaningful lifestyle for the community, especially young people. The design of the Youth Facilities Active Life Space Center on Jalan Pahlawan aims to create a multifunctional public space that can be a forum for social, sports, and recreational activities for the community, especially the younger generation. The main problem raised in this project is the lack of youth and public facilities that are able to accommodate the needs of an active lifestyle holistically in the area. The design methodology involves site analysis, precedent studies, and user needs studies to produce a concept that suits the characteristics of the location and the needs of the community. The design concept focuses on the integration of green open spaces, efficient circulation, and the use of environmentally friendly materials. The design results show the application of a contemporary architectural theme approach, a contemporary architectural approach is used to present an innovative, aesthetic, and functional design, while reflecting the modern identity of the city of Bandung through a contemporary architectural approach. This project is expected to become a new landmark that not only meets functional needs but also has a positive impact on the quality of life of the people of Bandung.
