Abstract
The post-pandemic young generation faces an urgent need for multifunctional spaces that support physical, social, and creative activities, requiring facilities that are relevant to local conditions. This study designs the Youth Facilities Palugada Space in Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency, applying the principles of industrial architecture that emphasize material honesty, structural efficiency, and spatial openness. The design methodology includes community needs analysis, demographic studies, and environmental considerations, combined with a participatory approach to engage future users. Industrial design elements are expressed through exposed materials such as steel, concrete, and glass, high ceilings, and maximum natural lighting to create dynamic and functional spaces. The proposed design provides sports areas, social hubs, and creative spaces, which are expected to strengthen social interaction, promote healthy lifestyles, reduce juvenile delinquency, and serve as a cultural and social landmark for the Bojongsoang community.
