Penerapan Desain Biofilik pada Bangunan Viewpoint Art Space Exhibition di Kota Baru Parahyangan

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Indonesia adalah negara yang memiliki kekayaan budaya terbesar di setiap provinsinya. Seni budaya
yang terdapat di Indonesia sangatlah beragam, sesuai dengan kultur budaya dari masing-masing
wilayah. Keberagaman seni budaya di Indonesia terdiri dari seni tari, seni rupa, seni music, seni teater,
dan seni kriya. Masing-masing ragam budaya ini memiliki ciri khas dan menjadi kebanggaan Indonesia
di mata dunia. Dengan begitu banyak seni budaya yang dimiliki Indonesia, tentunya kebutuhan tempat
untuk menyalurkan berbagai seni budaya tersebut semakin tinggi, maka dari itu Viewpoint Art Space
Exhibition menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Bangunan tersebut berada di Kota Baru
Parahyangan, memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas yang dapat digunakan untuk menyalurkan bakat seni budaya.
Bangunan Viewpoint Art Space Exhibition mengadopsi tema Arsitektur Ekologi, dengan pendekatan
prinsip desain biofilik yang mementingkan keselarasan antara arsitektur, kebutuhan manusia
penggunanya, dan alam sebagai respon bangunan terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Prinsip biofilik pada
rancangan bangunan diterapkan pada ruang dalam bangunan melalui pengadaan innercourt, dan
elemen tanaman, serta pada luar bangunan melalui pengadaan elemen air, dan juga elemen tanaman.
Bangunan Viewpoint Art Space Exhibition diharapkan bisa menjadi sarana tempat pameran yang tinggi
nilai edukasi dan estetika, namun desain bangunannya tetap menghormati keadaan alam disekitarnya.

ABSTRACT
Indonesia is a country that has the largest cultural wealth in each of its provinces. The arts and
culture found in Indonesia are very diverse, according to the culture of each region. The
diversity of arts and culture in Indonesia consists of dance, fine arts, music, theater, and crafts.
Each of these cultural varieties has its own characteristics and is the pride of Indonesia in the
eyes of the world. With so many arts and cultures that Indonesia has, of course the need for a
place to channel various cultural arts is getting higher, therefore Viewpoint Art Space
Exhibition is the solution to this problem. Viewpoint Art Space Exhibition is located in Kota
Baru Parahyangan, has facilities that can be used to channel artistic and cultural talents. The
Viewpoint Art Space Exhibition building adopts the theme of Ecological Architecture, with a
biophilic design approach that emphasizes harmony between architecture, the human needs of
its users, and nature as the building's response to the surrounding environment. The biophilic
principle in building design is applied to the space inside the building through the provision of
the inner court, and plant elements, as well as to the outside of the building through the
provision of water elements, as well as plant elements. The Viewpoint Art Space Exhibition
building is expected to be a place for exhibitions with high educational and aesthetic values, but
the design of the building still respects the surrounding natural conditions.
