ABSTRACT
Sekarwangi Hospital is a government hospital that has facilities in the form of Pharmaceutical Installations tasked with managing and regulating medicines. Currently, pharmacies are experiencing obstacles in determining the priority of ordering for types of drugs that are classified as single item single suppliers, because the number of types of drugs that must be managed comes from 146 suppliers. This leads to a buildup and shortage of drugs, which has an impact on the not optimal service level of the fulfillment of existing drugs. From these problems, the classification of booking priorities along with the optimal policy of drug supply uses ABC-VEN analysis with the final form of implementation in the form of a VBA Excel-based program to oversee so that the hospital can determine the priority of ordering well, where class I consists of AV = 5 generic drugs, AE = 16 generic drugs, AN = 9 generic drugs, BV = 10 generic drugs and CV = 4 generic drugs. Class II consists of BE = 28 generic drugs, BN = 5 generic drugs, CE = 63 generic drugs. Class II consists of CN = 6 generic drugs.
