Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Produksi Vaksin Menggunakan UML dan BPMN di PT.XYZ

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dan kinerja perusahaan, salah upaya yang dilakukan PT.XYZ adalah mengembangkan sistem produksi vaksin yang merupakan inti dari bisnis perusahaan tersebut. Sistem yang sedang berjalaan di PT.XYZ saat ini beberapa diantaranya adalah Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Laboratorium Information Management System (LIMS), Human Capital Management System, Customer Care, dan Produksi Vaksin. Aplikasi produksi vaksin adalah aplikasi desktop yang berfungsi untuk membantu pembuatan produksi vaksin mulai dari input data bahan mentah vaksin hingga pembuatan dokumen Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Release (CoR) dan Summary Protocol (SP) secara manual dengan template yang sudah disediakan pada dokumen Excell pada aplikasi. Saat ini untuk produksi vaksin di PT. XYZ berjalan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga membuat waktu proses input data tidak efisien dan produktifitas menjadi menurun. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan sebuah perancangan sistem yang mampu menangani permasalahan tersebut diantaranya validasi data produksi vaksin dari setiap divisi vaksin yang terkait, divisi Quality Check, divisi Quality Asurance, membuat laporan CoA, CoR, dan SP sehingga pembuatan laporan menjadi dinamis menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).

ABSTRACT
To increase the productivity and performance of the company, one of the efforts made by PT. XYZ is to develop a vaccine production system which is the core of the company's business. Some of the systems currently running at PT.XYZ are Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Human Capital Management System, Customer Care, and Vaccine Production. Vaccine production application is a desktop application that functions to assist in the manufacture of vaccine production, starting from inputting vaccine raw material data to making Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Release (CoR) and Summary Protocol (SP) documents manually with the templates provided on Excel document in the application. Currently for the production of vaccines at PT. XYZ running is still done manually so that it makes the data input process time inefficient and productivity decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to design a system that is able to handle these problems including validation of vaccine production data from each related vaccine division, Quality Check division, Quality Assurance division, making CoA, CoR, and SP reports so that the manufacture of reports become dynamic using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
