ABSTRAK
PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan konsultasi dan pelatihan pada bidang manajemen dan teknik industri. PT. XYZ sudah menggunakan teknologi meskipun belum optimal dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Pengukuran capability level terhadap arsitektur enteprise di PT.XYZ diperlukan untuk mengetahui kondisi arsitektur enterprise di perusahaan saat ini. Pengukuran capability level dilakukan menggunakan framework COBIT 5 subdomain APO03 pada proses APO03.01, APO03.02, dan APO03.03. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran capability level, dapat diketahui bahwa arsitektur enterprise pada PT. XYZ berada pada level 0. Hasil evaluasi capability level ditargetkan dapat mencapai level 2. Untuk mencapai level 2, arsitektur enterprise harus dilaksanakan dan dikelola (direncanakan, dipantau, dan disesuaikan. Target capability level memberikan input untuk rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan capability level arsitektur enterprise di PT. XYZ.

PT. XYZ is a company that provides consulting and training services in the fields of management and industrial engineering. PT. XYZ already uses technology even though it is not optimal in carrying out its business processes. Measuring the capability level of the enterprise architecture at PT. XYZ is needed to determine the current state of the enterprise architecture in the company. Capability level measurement is carried out using the COBIT 5 subdomain APO03 framework in the APO03.01, APO03.02, and APO03.03 processes. Based on the results of the capability level measurement, it can be seen that the enterprise architecture at PT. XYZ is at level 0. The results of the capability level evaluation are targeted to reach level 2. To reach level 2, the enterprise architecture must be implemented and managed (planned, monitored, and adjusted. The target capability level provides input for recommendations given to improve the enterprise architecture capability level at PT. XYZ.
