Analisis Pengaruh Pembebanan terhadap Temperatur Minyak dan Belitan Transformator di Gardu Induk Banjar

Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the effect of loading on the oil temperature and temperature of the LV and HV windings on the transformer. Secondary data collection from 2 transformers such as transformer load data, transformer oil temperature, and LV and HV winding temperatures on the transformer which will later be made in the form of a current graph for analysis. The research results obtained are changes in temperature when the current flowing is higher, the temperature value of the transformer oil will be higher both in transformer 3 and in transformer 4, as in transformer 3 when the lowest temperature is 560 A the temperature reached is 50oC and when the highest temperature is 805 A temperature reached 58oC. For the temperature of the HV winding and LV winding, there is a significant increase in temperature when the load current is above 750A.

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh pembebanan terhadap temperatur minyak dan temperatur belitan LV dan HV pada transformator. Pengumpulan data sekunder dari 2 transformator seperti, data arus beban transformator, temperatur minyak transformator, dan juga temperatur belitan LV dan HV pada transformator yang nantinya di jadikan dalam bentuk grafik untuk di analisa. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat yaitu perubahan temperatur saat arus yang mengalir semakin tinggi maka nilai temperatur minyak transformator akan semakin tinggi baik pada transformator 3 maupun pada transformator 4, seperti pada transformator 3 saat temperatur terendah 560 A temperatur yang tercapai 50oC dan saat suhu tertinggi 805 A suhu mencapai 58oC. Untuk temperatur belitan HV dan belitan LV, terjadi kenaikan temperatur yang cukup signifikan ketika arus beban sudan di atas 750A.
