PENGARUH PENERAPAN ISO 9001:2015, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN CV. XYZ

Capable, motivated, innovative employee performance can have a good impact on the company. Management is necessary when managing human resources, which will be useful for corporate advancement. This researcher aims to analyzing the effect of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, working environment and work motivation significantly on employee performance at CV. XYZ . The method used uses Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS. The variables that will be studied are the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, work environment and work motivation. This study found that the factors that could affect employee performance in the company were the application of ISO 9001:2015 and employee motivation in work. Working environmental factors do not have a significant effect, but working environments have a positive effect on work motivation. So that the working environment can affect employee performance by mediating work motivation variables.
Abstrak
Kinerja karyawan yang cakap, termotivasi, dan inovatif dapat memberikan dampak yang baik bagi perusahaan. Manajemen diperlukan saat mengelola sumber daya manusia, yang akan berguna bagi kemajuan perusahaan. Penelitain ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis pengaruh sistem menejemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan CV. XYZ . Metoda yang digunakan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Variabel- variabel yang akan dikaji pengaruhnya yaitu penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan adalah penerapan ISO 9001:2015 dan motivasi karyawan dalam bekerja. Faktor lingkungan kerja dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi variabel motivasi kerja.
