USULAN PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU KAIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY TECHNIQUE FOR ORDER PREFERENCE BY SIMILATIRY TO IDEAL SOLUTION (TOPSIS) DI CV. XYZ

Abstrak

Cv. XYZ a company engaged in textiles that produces various types such as jersey shirts, scraft jackets. This company was founded in 2018 which has suppliers, the raw materials used are fabrics with criteria such as price, quality, and stock to choose suppliers for the company. The company still does not have priority suppliers, so with that the company always alternates in buying the needs of raw materials needed by the company. By changing suppliers, it will be risky for the company, namely the different quality, availability and price obtained by the company. Therefore, companies sometimes always get raw materials that are not suitable for the company or are defective. Therefore, researchers propose research with the Fuzzy Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This method can choose alternative suppliers with the highest preference value, this value is obtained from the results of data processing carried out by the Fuzzy TOPSIS method obtained from questionnaires and interviews.

Cv. XYZ perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang tekstil yang memproduksi berbagai jeni seperti baju jersey, scraft jacket. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2018 yang memiliki supplier, bahan baku yang digunakan yaitu kain dengan kriteria seperti harga, kualitas, dan stok untuk memilih supplier bagi perusahaan. Perusahaan masih belum memiliki supplier prioritas maka dengan itu perusahaan selalu berganti-ganti dalam membeli kebutuhan bahan baku yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Dengan berganti- ganti nya supplier akan berisiko bagi perusahaan yaitu berbeda nya kualitas, ketersediaan maupun harga yang didapat oleh perusahaan. Maka dari itu perusaahan terkadang selalu mendapatkan bahan baku yang tidak sesuai perusahaan maupun cacat. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengusulkan penelitian dengan metode Fuzzy Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), metode ini dapat memilih alternatif supplier dengan nilai preferensi tertinggi, nilai ini didapat dari hasil pengolahan data yang di lakukan oleh metode Fuzzy TOPSIS yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan wawancara.
