SISTEM PERUSAHAAN DAN REKOMENDASI PERBAIKAN POSTUR TUBUH OPERATOR BAGIAN ROLL DI PT. X

Abstrak

PT. X is a company engaged in food manufacturing. Products produced by PT. X include soes, pastries, breads, tarts, and various pastries. The production process mostly requires the intervention of the operator. The process used to make boxed white bread consists of various types of processes including stirring, pressing, rolling, fermentation, and cutting processes. The roll process is often the operator's main complaint because the machine position is too low causing the operator's posture to lean forward. Good working posture will increase productivity while bad posture will reduce operator productivity because the operator will feel tired more quickly, besides that it can cause musculoskeletal injuries. The method that can be used to carry out this analysis is using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment method to determine the value of the operator's body position with the observed factors including the neck, arms, wrists, back, legs, load of work tools or objects, the way the operator holds work tools or objects, as well as the value of activities when doing work. After the results of the final REBA score for the roll machine operator, a score of 8 was obtained, this value can be interpreted that the operator's posture at work is classified as a high risk level so that further investigation and changes are needed to reduce the risk of work accidents in the future. Companies can make a roll machine stand as a base when a roll machine is used so that the operator's posture when working with a roll machine can be better because the position is higher than the position of the operator working without a roll machine bearing.

PT. X merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur makanan. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh PT. X diantaranya yaitu soes, pastry, roti, tart, dan aneka kue kering. Proses produksi sebagian besar memerlukan campur tangan dari operator. Proses yang dilakukan untuk membuat roti tawar kotak terdiri dari berbagai jenis proses diantaranya proses pengadukan, press, roll, fermentasi, dan pemotongan. Proses roll seringkali menjadi keluhan utama operator karena posisi mesin yang terlalu rendah mengakibatkan postur tubuh operator harus condong ke depan. Postur kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan produktifitas sedangkan postur tubuh yang tidak baik akan menurunkan produktivitas operator karena operator akan merasa lebih cepat mengalami kelelahan, selain itu dapat menimbulkan cedera muskoloskeletal. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisis tersebut yaitu menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment untuk menentukan nilai posisi postur tubuh operator dengan faktor yang diamati diantaranya bagian leher, lengan, pergelangan tangan, punggung, kaki, beban alat kerja atau benda, cara operator memegang alat kerja atau benda, serta nilai aktivitas saat melakukan pekerjaan. Setelah hasil skor akhir REBA pada operator mesin roll didapatkan skor sebesar 8, nilai tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa postur tubuh operator dalam bekerja termasuk ke dalam tingkat risiko tinggi sehingga perlu dilakukan investigasi lebih lanjut dan adanya perubahan untuk mengurangi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di masa mendatang. Perusahaan dapat membuat sebuah dudukan mesin roll sebagai alas saat mesin roll digunakan agar postur tubuh operator dalam bekerja menggunakan mesin roll dapat lebih baik karena posisinya lebih tinggi dibandingkan posisi operator bekerja tanpa adanya bantalan mesin roll.
