PENENTUAN PRIORITAS RESIKO KEGAGALAN PENYEBAB KECACATAN PRODUK ROL KARET DENGAN FMEA DAN FTA

Abstrak

Companies engaged in the rubber industry. Rubber rollers can be used for several types of manufacturing production in an example of rubber rollers in the steel industry. In 2021 the company produced polyurethane rubber rollers in a period of 12 months out of the number of 3107 products producing 566 defects. The product produced must be in accordance with the specifications and quality requested by consumers the product must also be in the form of precision circle tubes and the surface must be flat. The company is still not paying attention and has not found the cause of disability in the product, until now the company has not been able to reduce the disability caused by the not known the main cause of the disability.

Perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri karet. Rol karet bisa dipakai untuk beberapa jenis produksi manufaktur dalam suatu contoh rol karet pada industri baja. Tahun 2021 perusahaan memproduksi rol karet berjenis polyurethane dalam kurun waktu 12 bulan dari jumlah 3107 produk menghasilkan produk cacat sebanyak 566. Produk yang dihasilkan tentunya harus sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan kualitas yang diminta oleh konsumen produknya pun harus berbentuk tabung lingkaran presisi dan permukaannya harus rata. Perusahaan masih kurang memperhatikan dan belum menemukan penyebab dari terjadinya kecacatan pada produk, sampai saat ini perusahaan masih belum mampu mengurangi kecacatan tersebut yang disebabkan oleh tidak diketahuinya penyebab utama dari kecacatan tersebut.
