Perancangan Desain Sistem Gate-In di TPS ONLINE Berbasis Web PT. XYZ

Abstrak

The Gate-in system is a process for receiving goods into the cargo TPS from the delivery process from the Line 1 Airline TPS (central cargo TPS). Online Temporary Storage System, abbreviated as TPS Online System, is an Electronic Data Exchange system between Customs Offices and TPS for data related to the entry of goods to and from TPS and other administrations. This Online TPS has several stages of use, one of which is the gate-in system. In the Gate-In process, Goods that enter the TPS are always accompanied by a PLP (Moving Storage Location) document where the PLP document must be confirmed to Customs and Excise manually, with the TPS PT. MSA Kargo, this often causes data inconsistencies in uploaded PLP documents. These weaknesses, in order to create a good and transparent gate-in system at PT. MSA Kargo, it is necessary to design a gate-in system to facilitate the process of confirming plp documents through BCWS (customs web service) which has been integrated with the Customs.

Abstrak 

Sistem Gate-in merupakan proses untuk melakukan penerimaan barang ke dalam TPS kargo dari proses delivery dari TPS Lini 1 Airline (TPS kargo pusat). Sistem Tempat Penimbunan Sementara Online disingkat Sistem TPS Online adalah sistem Pertukaran Data Elektronik antara Kantor Pabean dengan TPS atas data yang berhubungan dengan pemasukan barang ke dan dari TPS serta administrasi lainnya. TPS Online ini memiliki beberapa tahap penggunaan salah satunya ialah sistem gate-in. Dalam proses gate-in, barang yang masuk ke TPS selalu disertai dengan dokumen PLP (Pindah Lokasi Penimbunan) dimana untuk dokumen PLP harus dikonfirmasi ke pihak Bea Cukai dilakukan secara manual, dengan pihak TPS PT. MSA Kargo, hal tersebut membuat sering terjadinya inkonsistensi data dalam dokumen PLP yang diunggah. Kelemahan tersebut, dalam rangka menciptakan sistem gate-in yang baik dan transparan di PT.MSA Kargo, maka diperlukan desain sistem gate-in untuk memudahkan proses konfirmasi dokumen PLP melalui BCWS (web service bea cukai) yang sudah terintegrasi dengan pihak Bea Cukai.
