Implementasi Metode Backward Chaining Untuk Diagnosa Varian Covid-19

Abstrak

Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19) is a disease that attacks the human respiratory system. Tests that are commonly used are the Rapid Test (Antibody Test), Swab Test (RT-PCR) and Rapid Test (Antigen Test). This disease has several well-known variants, namely Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omicron. So that a technology is developed that is able to apply human thinking, namely Artificial Intelligence (AI). An expert system is intelligence that comes from experts who are applied to a system to make decisions or diagnose diseases based on predetermined rules. One of the expert system methods is Backward Chaining. This backward chaining method starts its reasoning from the conclusion (goal), by looking for a collection of hypotheses towards facts that support a collection of these hypotheses. The Backward Chaining method can be used to diagnose variants of the Covid-19 disease.

Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernafasan manusia. Pengujian yang umum digunakan adalah Rapid Test (Tes Antibodi), Swab Test (RT-PCR) dan Rapid Test (Tes Antigen). Penyakit ini memiliki beberapa macam varian yang sudah dikenali yaitu Alfa,Beta,Delta dan Omicron. Sehingga dikembangkan suatu teknologi yang mampu menerapkan cara berfikir manusia yaitu Kecerdasan Buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI).Sistem pakar adalah kecerdasan yang berasal dari pakar yang diterapkan pada suatu sistem untuk membuat keputusan atau mendiagnosa penyakit berdasarkan aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu metode sistem pakar adalah Backward Chaining. Metode backward chaining ini melakukan pemulaian penalarannya dari kesimpulan (goal), dengan mencari sekumpulan hipotesis-hipotesis menuju fakta-fakta yang mendukung sekumpulan hipotesis-hipotesis tersebut. Metode Backward Chaining dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendiagnosa varian penyakit covid-19.
