PERANCANGAN WEBSITE UNTUK PEMANTAUAN PERJALANAN PENGERJAAN BERKAS DAN BLANGKO

Abstrak

The length and complexity of the land certificate/document management process is a major reason why it is difficult to find the final processing of these documents, without formal document transfer or notification to every staff/department handling them, making tracking of certificates/documents even more difficult. To facilitate tracking of land certificates/documents, the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) methods is needed by creating a Blaster website (blank certificate monitoring) that can monitor and track the journey of a certificate/document quickly and can be accessed anywhere. The results obtained from the Blaster website can monitor and track the journey of every certificate/document or view the activity history currently being done or completed by staff/departments. With the document search feature on the Blaster website, the process of combining land certificates/documents will also be easier to perform.

Panjang dan kompleksnya proses pengurusan berkas/sertipikat tanah menjadi suatu alasan utama sulitnya untuk mencari pemrosesan terakhir berkas tersebut, tanpa adanya penyerahan berkas secara formal atau pemberitahuan kepada setiap staff/bagian yang menangani semakin mempersulit pelacakan berkas/sertipikat tanah. Untuk mempermudah pelacakan berkas/sertipikat tanah, diperlu implementasi metode kecederdasan buatan (AI) dengan membuat website Blaster (blangko sertipikat terpantau) yang dapat memantau dan melacak perjalanan suatu berkas/sertipikat secara cepat dan dapat diaskses dimana saja. Hasil yang didapat dari website Blaster ini dapat memantau dan melacak perjalanan setiap berkas/sertipikat ataupun melihat riwayat aktivitas yang sedang dikerjakan maupun yang sudah selesai dikerjakan oleh staff/bagian. Dengan fitur pencarian berkas/blangko yang terdapat dalam website Blaster, proses penggabungan berkas/sertifikat tanah pun akan menjadi lebih mudah dilakukan.
