ANALISA MIGRASI DATABASE DAN OPERASIONAL BISNIS CBS ROB DI CV. MOBILUS INTERACTIVE BANDUNG

Abstrak

Today's organizations are trying their best to optimize the cost of managing, maintaining and optimizing their business. However, they also needed the rapidly scalable infrastructure and services required in computing. Utilization of technology, especially in the field of data storage, is the main requirement for the process of managing and maintaining company assets. CV. Mobilus Interactive as a company engaged in technology is certainly not spared from this effort. CV. Mobilus Interactive performs data storage and data documentation in the form of a data dictionary so that all data attributes contained in the database can be traced to the source and purpose of the data used. In the process, database migration is carried out by accessing the SSM Malaysia company server through several connecting applications such as TigerVNC, Juniper Network, Dbeaver, then transferred to the mobile office server and after that the data tables are identified whether there are problems or oddities in the attributes. From the identification results of the database that has been migrated, there are problematic data tables that have different statuses. Tables with problematic status include INACCESSSIBLE TABLES, NO SELECT PERMISSION TABLES, EMPTY TABLES,
DOUBTFUL DATA TABLES, RE-CHECK TABLES. The results of identifying the status of the table are then summarized in excel data.

Organisasi saat ini mencoba yang terbaik untuk mengoptimalkan biaya mengelola, memelihara dan optimasi bisnis mereka. Namun, mereka juga membutuhkan infrastruktur dan layanan yang dapat diskalakan dengan cepat yang dibutuhkan dalam komputasi. Pemanfaatan teknologi khususnya pada bidang penyimpanan data menjadi kebutuhan utama proses pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan aset perusahaan. CV. Mobilus Interactive sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi tentu tidak luput dari usaha tersebut. CV. Mobilus Interactive melakukan penyimpanan data dan pendokumentasian data dalam bentuk data dictionary agar seluruh atribut data yang terkandung dalam database dapat ditelusuri sumber dan tujuan dari data tersebut digunakan. Dalam prosesnya ,Migrasi database dilakukan dengan mengakses ke server perusahaan SSM Malaysia melalui beberapa aplikasi penguhubung seperti TigerVNC , Juniper Network, Dbeaver , lalu dipindahkan ke server kantor mobilus dan setelah itu diidentifikasi tabel-tabel data tersebut apakah terdapat masalah atau keanehan di atribut nya. Dari hasil identifikasi database yang telah dimigirasi, terdapat tabel-tabel data yang bermasalah yang memiliki status yang berbeda-beda, tabel yang berstatus bermasalah diantaranya adalah INACCESSSIBLE TABLES, NO SELECT PERMISSION TABLES, EMPTY TABLES, DOUBTFUL DATA TABLES, RE-CHECK TABLES. Hasil dari identifikasi status tabel tersebut selanjutnya dirangkum ke data excel.
