USULAN STRATEGI MITIGASI RISIKO DISTRIBUSI PRODUK JADI TEH WALINI MENGGUNAKAN METODE HOUSE OF RISK (HOR)

Abstrak

Dalam suatu aktivitas bisnis supply chain, perusahaan memiliki suatu risiko. Adanya masalah pada proses produksi, pengiriman, dan proses pengembalian sehingga mengganggu kelancaran aktivitas distribusi produk jadi Teh Walini. Maka untuk mengetahui hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR). Metode tersebut mengidentifikasi risiko yang terjadi, agen risiko yang dapat memicunya, menentukan prioritas agen risiko untuk ditanggulangi, dan memberikan usulan strategi mitigasi guna meminimalisir terjadinya agen risiko. Terdapat empat belas usulan strategi mitigasi risiko yaitu pengadaan
dan penerapan Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) secara tertulis, penerapan Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) secara berkala, menerapkan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), penerapan fleksibilitas delivery system, penerapan Distribution Management System (DMS), membuat job balancing analysis, penambahan layout pada pabrik untuk penyimpanan sementara produk jadi, adanya preventive maintenance, melakukan pemilahan dan penataan pada produk jadi, penerapan sistem zero defect, pengawasan dan sentralisasi inventory, melakukan quality control terhadap produk jadi yang masuk dan keluar, mengevaluasi kinerja vendor logistik, dan penerapan Warehouse Management System (WMS) dengan menggunakan barcode.

ABSTRACT
In a business supply chain of activity, the company has a risk. There are problems in the production, delivery, and processing processes that disrupt the distribution of finished products. Dangling modifier research was conducted using the House of Risk (HOR) method. The method reveals what is happening, the risk agents that can trigger, determined the priority of the risk agents be addressed and provides proposals for mitigation strategies to minimize the occurrence of risk agents. There are fourteen proposals for mitigation strategies, namely the procurement and application of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the
implementation of Audit Mutu Internal (AMI), the application of the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method, the application of the flexibility delivery system, the application of the Distribution Management System (DMS), make job balancing analysis, adding layouts to the factory for the temporary storage of finished products, carrying out preventive maintenance,
sorting and structuring finished products, implementing a zero-defect, monitoring centralizing inventory, controlling the quality of incoming finished products and against, logistics vendor performance, and implementation of Warehouse Management
System (WMS) using barcodes.
