Abstrak

ABSTRAK
Seiring berjalannya waktu perkembangan dunia industri manufaktur sangatlah cepat, perancangan tata letak pabrik sebagai iterelasi yang paling efektif dan efisien antar operator, peralatan dan proses transformasi material dari bagian penerimaan sampai bagian produk jadi. Pengaturan tersebut akan memanfaatkan luas area untuk penempatan mesin atau fasilitas penunjang produksi lainnya, kelancaran aliran perpindahan material, penyimpanan material baik yang bersifat temporer maupun permanen. Pada umumnya tata letak pabrik yang terencana dengan baik ikut menentukan efisiensi, memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pengawasan dan menghadapi rencana perluasan pabrik di kemudian hari. Efisiensi biaya dan efisiensi waktu produksi dapat diselesaikan dengan optimalisasi fasilitas-fasilitas lantai produksi dengan meminimasi jarak antar fasilitas sehingga proses produksi berjalan efektif dan efisien serta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dari perusahaan. Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri manufaktur sangat membutuhkan pengoptimalan jarak agar dapat meniminumkan ongkos pengeluaran material handling. Jarak yang kurang optimal dalam proses produksi dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan waktu proses produksi serta tingginya ongkos dalam proses produksi. Algoritma Computerized Relationship Layout Planning merupakan metode kontruksi yang dapat mengoptimalkan jarak dengan menghitung nilai total closeness ratting berdasarkan activity relationship chart, sehingga waktu, jarak dan ongkos produktivitas lebih efisien.

ABSTRACT
Over time, the development of the manufacturing industry is very fast, the design of the factory layout is the most effective and efficient iteration between operators, equipment and the material transformation process from the receiving department to the finished product section. This arrangement will take advantage of the area for placing machines or other production support facilities, smooth flow of material movement, storage of materials, both temporary and permanent. In general, a well-planned plant layout helps determine efficiency, provides convenience in the process of monitoring and copes with future plant expansion plans. Cost efficiency and production time efficiency can be resolved by optimizing production floor facilities by minimizing the distance between facilities so that the production process runs effectively and efficiently and can increase the productivity of the company. Companies engaged in the manufacturing industry really need distance optimization in order to save material handling costs. The distance that is less than optimal in the production process can cause delays in the production process time and high costs in the production process. The Computerized Relationship Layout Planning algorithm is a construction method that can optimize distance by calculating the total closeness rating value based on an activity relationship chart, so that time, distance and productivity costs are more efficient.
