Usulan Pemilihan Supplier di KOPEGTEL Kantor Perusahaan Menggunakan Metode AHP dan TOPSIS

Permasalahan utama yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah KOPEGTEL mengalami kerugian berupa barang sembako yang dikirim oleh supplier terdapat beberapa barang yang cacat dalam kegiatan pengadaan barang untuk masyarakat yang terdampak bencana alam, ini dikarenakan KOPEGTEL memilih supplier berdasarkan data langganan dimasa lalu dengan hanya mempertimbangkan faktor harga produk saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan supplier terbaik dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria yang digunakan oleh perusahaan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode AHP untuk  engetahui
kriteria yang memiliki bobot terbesar sehingga perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan supplier berdasarkan kriteria utama yang telah diperoleh, dan  metode TOPSIS untuk menentukan supplier pemenang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil berupa kriteria yang terpilih adalah kriteria kualitas dengan bobot sebesar 0,249. Supplier terpilih adalah CV. BAGUS dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,774.

ABSTRACT
The main problem discussed in this research is that KOPEGTEL suffered losses in the form of goods groceries sent by suppliers, there were several defective goods in the procurement of goods for people affected by natural disasters, this is because KOPEGTEL choose a supplier based on data subscription in the past with just consider the price of the products only. This research aims to determine the best supplier by considering several criteria used by the company. This research uses AHP method applied to understand the best quality of criteria, so that the company is able to consider the supplier based on the main criteria that they have. Another method that is applied in this research is TOPSIS, It is used to assign the winning supplier. Based on the result of this research the chosen criteria are quality criteria with score 0,249. The chosen supplier is CV. BAGUS with score 0,774.
