Abstrak

Dampak dari revolusi industri 4.0 mengakibatkan perubahan konsep di setiap sektor yang terkait. Terutama pada dunia industri, membutuhkan proses material handling (pemindah bahan atau tools). Maka saat ini forklift menjadi lebih unggul karena mengalami perkembangan dengan adanya Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). Penggunaan Omni Wheel memungkinkan forklift AGV dapat bergerak independent ke segala arah (holonomic) dengan mudah. Melalui hasil perancangan dengan pemodelan menggunakan software solidworks dan analisis gaya setiap pola gerakan, pembuatan chassis dan perakitan komponen, serta pengujian simpangan pada pola gerakan didapat model Omni Wheel yang mampu bergerak ke 10 arah gerakan dengan menahan beban mencapai 750 gr. Minimum torsi yang dibutuhkan oleh Omni Wheel yaitu sebesar 294,1995 N.mm dan memiliki dimensi chassis P×L×T (200 mm × 200 mm × 30 mm).


ABSTRACT
The impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 resulted in a change in the concept in every related sector. Especially in the industrial world, it requires a material handling process (material transfer or tools). So now forklifts are superior because they have developed with the presence of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). The use of the Omni Wheel allows the AGV forklift to move independently in all directions (holonomic) with ease. Through the results of the design by modeling using solidworks software and analysis of the force of each movement pattern, making the chassis and assembling components, as well as testing deviations in the movement pattern, the Omni Wheel model is obtained which can move in 10 directions of movement with a load of up to 750 gr. The minimum torque required by the Omni Wheel is 294.1995 N.mm and has chassis dimensions of P×W×H (200 mm × 200 mm × 30 mm).
