KAJIAN PERBANDINGAN BIAYA DAN WAKTU PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR RUMAH T-36 (2 LANTAI) METODE KONVENSIONAL DAN TEKNOLOGI RISHA

ABSTRAK
Teknologi RISHA merupakan teknologi konstruksi bangunan yang di ciptakan oleh Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Balitbang) Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji perbandingan antara biaya dan waktu pembangunan struktur rumah menggunaan metode konvensional dan teknologi RISHA. Dari perhitungan yang dilakukan diperoleh perbandingan besaran biaya dan durasi pekerjaan antara pembangunan struktur rumah dengan metode konvensional dan teknologi RISHA. Besaran biaya dan durasi pekerjaan metode konvensional adalah sebesar Rp. 53.976.863,00 dengan durasi waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan selama 18 hari sedangkan pembangunan rumah dengan teknologi RISHA sebesar Rp. 42.667.600,00 dengan durasi waktu pekerjaan selama 7 hari.

ABSTRACT
RISHA technology is a building construction technology created by the Research and Development Center (Balitbang) of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR). The purpose of this research is to examine the comparison between the cost and time of building a house structure using conventional methods and RISHA technology. From the calculations carried out, it is obtained a comparison of the cost and duration of work between the construction of house structures with conventional methods and RISHA technology. The cost and duration of work with the conventional method is Rp. 53,976,863.00 with a duration of work implementation for 18 days while the construction of a house using RISHA technology is Rp. 42,667,600.00 with a duration of work for 7 days
