Perbandingan Waktu Dan Biaya Concrete Pump Dan Concrete Bucket Pada Proyek Gedung Telkom University Landmark Tower

ABSTRAK
Pada suatu proyek, alat berat memiliki peran penting karena dapat mempermudah menyelesaikan pekerjaan untuk proyek dengan skala besar. Pekerjaan pengecoran merupakan pekerjaan penuangan beton segar ke dalam cetakan suatu elemen struktur yang telah dipasangi besi tulangan untuk diaplikasikan pada bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaaan waktu,produktivitas, dan biaya dengan membandingkan metode pengecoran concrete pump dan pengecoran concrete bucket pada proyek pembangunan Telkom University Landmark tower. Berdasarkan perhitungan perbandingan waktu dan produktivitas pengecoran pada pembangunan Gedung Fakultas Kedokteran Telkom didapat hasil waktu tercepat dan produktivitas terbesar dengan menggunakan alat concrete pump. dari hasil perhitungan biaya menggunakan concrete pump membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 16.063.576/8 jam, sedangkan perhitungan biaya menggunakan concrete bucket membutuhkan biaya sebesar Ro 12.664.000/ 8 jam. didapat penggunaan concrete pump dalam metode pengecoran lebih murah dan cepat pelaksanaannya dibandingkan menggunakan concrete bucket.

In a project, heavy equipment has an important role because it can make it easier to complete the work for large-scale projects. Casting work is the work of pouring fresh concrete into the mold of a structural element that has been fitted with reinforcing bars for application to buildings. This study aims to determine the differences in time, productivity, and cost by comparing the concrete pump casting method and concrete bucket casting in the Telkom University Landmark tower construction project. Based on the calculation of the comparison between the time and productivity of casting in the construction of the Telkom Medical Faculty Building, the results obtained are the fastest time and the greatest productivity using a concrete pump. from the calculation of the cost using a concrete pump it costs Rp. 16,063,576 / 8 hours, while the calculation of the cost of using a concrete bucket requires a cost of Ro 12,664,000 / 8 hours. It is found that the use of concrete pump in the casting method is cheaper and faster than using a concrete bucket.
