ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN DAN KETERSEDIAAN AIR PDAM TIRTAWENING WILAYAH BANDUNG TIMUR KECAMATAN KIARACONDONG KOTA BANDUNG

ABSTRAK
Air sebagai kebutuhan dasar yang harus terpenuhi bagi manusia, untuk keberlangsungan hidup. Air yang dibutuhkan harus memenuhi syarat kualitas yang baik, tidak memiliki rasa bau, maupun warna. Kondisi air daerah perkotaan ini cenderung tercemar, akibat penggunaan dan pengolahan air yang tidak efektif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan %-an penduduk dan jenis pelanggan Kecamatan Kiaracondong. Hasil analisis kemudian mengetahui kenaikan jumlah penduduk dan kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air bersih yang dimana pada tahun 2019 jumlah pelanggan sekitar 11,235 SR dan pada tahun 2029 adalah sekitar 17,105 SR. jumlah pelanggan aktif di wilayah pelayanan PDAM Tirtawening Kecamatan Kiaracondong tahun 2019 hingga 2029 mengalami peningkatan 5,870 SR. Sedangkan Kebutuhan Air Maksimum pada tahun 2019 sekitar 6,271 lt/detik, dan pada tahun 2029 sekitar 13,182 lt/detik. Sedangkan data debit produksi PDAM untuk Kecamatan Kiaracondong 16,83 lt/detik, maka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan harian maksimum Kecamatan Kiaracondong untuk tahun 2029 sebesar 13,182 lt/detik mencukupi/ atau tersedia.

Water is a basic need that must be met for humans to survive. The water needed must meet the requirements of good quality, have no smell pr color. Water conditions in urban areas tend to be polluted due to ineffective water use and treatment. This research method uses % of the population and types of customers in Kiaracondong District. The result of the analysis then determine the increase in population and the need and availability of clean water, which in 2019 the number of customers is around 11,235 SR and in 2029 the number of active customers in the service area of PDAM Tirtawening, Kiaracondong District from 2019 to 2029 has increased by 5,870 SR. Meanwhile, the maximum water demand in 2019 is around 6,271 l/sec, and in 2029 in 13,182 l/sec. while the PDAM production discharge data for Kiaracondong District is 16,83 l/sec, so meet the maximum daily need of Kiaracondong District for 2029 is around 13,182 lt/sec is sufficient or available.
