ABSTRAK
Pembangunan infrastuktrur jalan tol di indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, pada proyek pembangunan infrastruktur jalan tol ini ada beberapa elemen elemen penting yang terlibat dalam pembangunan itu sendiri terutama sumber daya manusia. sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam suatu proyek pembangunan insfrasturktur pada diatur dan dikendalikan pada bidang sistem manajemen agar sumber daya manusia dalam suatu proyek dapat di aplikasikan secara efisien dan efektif. pada bagian sistem manajemen terdapat aspek Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dimana aspek ini sangatlah diperlukan pada suatu proyek konstruksi agar mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan kerja pada suatu proyek. Pada Penelitian ini dasar acuan peraturan yang digunakan adalah Peraturaran Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Tentang Sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) serta Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dan pada peratutan-peraturan tersebut akan dikaji kembali penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja hingga mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan penerapan dilapangan dengan peraturan SMK3.
ABSTRACT
The development of toll road infrastructure in Indonesia continues to increase every year, in this toll road infrastructure development project there are several important elements involved in the development itself, especially human resources. Human resources involved in an infrastructure development project are regulated and controlled in the field of management systems so that human resources in a project can be applied efficiently and effectively. In the management system, there are aspects of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) where this aspect is needed in a construction project in order to reduce the level of work accidents on a project. In this study, the basic reference for the regulations used is the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the Occupational Health and Safety System (SMK3) and the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration concerning Occupational Health and Safety and in these regulations the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety will be reviewed again to obtain the results are in accordance with the application in the field with the SMK3 regulations.
