Abstract

The intersection of Jl. AMD Lintas Timur - Cigadung is often a location that experiences congestion due to an increase in vehicle volume. The increase in vehicle volume has an impact on economic activity and mobility being delayed. To determine the performance of the intersection Jl. AMD Lintas Timur - Cigadung, research was conducted using the PKJI 2023 method and modeling on PTV Vissim software. Intersection performance analysis is assessed based on the delay and queue length at the intersection. Based on the results of research using the PKJI 2023 method on existing conditions or without signals, delay value and queue length are 250,19 seconds and 57,28 - 85,45 meters. Improving intersection performance is done in an alternative way, namely, by installing Traffic Signal Devices (APILL) which have better performance, with an average delay and queue length of 6,01 seconds and 71,37 meters.
