DESAIN POLA PARKIR PADA OBJEK WISATA KULINER PASAR KREATIF JAWA BARAT (PKJB) BANDUNG DENGAN PENDEKATAN ERGONOMI PARTISIPATORI

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the quality of parking facilities at the West Java Creative Market (PKJB) in Bandung through a participatory ergonomic approach. Identification of needs and preferences was conducted through a Gform survey involving 67 visitors and 16 PKJB employees. The survey revealed key issues, such as the lack of order in parking arrangement, user resistance to utilizing more distant parking areas, and disorganization in motorcycle parking management. Analysis indicated that the peak parking volume occurred on Saturday, December 23, 2023, with the majority of users having a parking duration of 1-2 hours on that day. The proposed parking pattern design involves using a 90° angle for motorcycles and a 0° angle for cars in Blocks A and B. The contribution of this research lies in understanding parking facility issues at PKJB Bandung and presenting solutions tailored to user preferences. The implementation of this design is expected to create a safer and more comfortable parking environment in line with the expectations of PKJB Bandung visitors. ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas parkir di Pasar Kreatif Jawa Barat (PKJB) Bandung melalui pendekatan ergonomi partisipatori. Identifikasi kebutuhan dan preferensi dilakukan melalui survey Gform terhadap 67 pengunjung dan 16 pegawai PKJB. Hasil survey mengungkapkan permasalahan utama, seperti keteraturan penataan parkir, resistensi pengguna terhadap area parkir yang lebih jauh, dan ketidakorganisan dalam pengaturan sepeda motor. Analisis menunjukkan volume parkir puncak terjadi pada Sabtu, 23 Desember 2023, dengan durasi terbanyak pada hari tersebut. Desain pola parkir yang diusulkan melibatkan penggunaan sudut 90° untuk sepeda motor dan sudut 0° untuk mobil di Blok A dan B. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah pemahaman terhadap permasalahan parkir di PKJB Bandung dan penyajian solusi sesuai preferensi pengguna. Implementasi desain ini diharapkan menciptakan lingkungan parkir lebih aman dan nyaman sesuai harapan pengunjung PKJB Bandung.
