EVALUASI KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS DI KOTA BANDUNG

Abstract

Permasalahan transportasi yang sering terjadi berkaitan dengan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Jalan Soekarno Hatta yang merupakan jalan nasional di Kota Bandung salah satu jalan dengan tingkat kecelakaan yang cukup tinggi. Pada Tahun 2022 Jalan Soekarno Hatta menjadi peringkat pertama dengan kejadian kecelakaan tertinggi. Berdasarkan data, selama Tahun 2022 terjadi 72 kecelakaan atau 13,5% dari total seluruh kejadian kecelakaan di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kecelakaan lalu lintas dan mengidentifikasi lokasi rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas di Jalan Soekarno Hatta menggunakan metode Angka Ekuivalen (AEK) dan Upper Control Limit (UCL). Berdasarkan perolehan Angka Ekuivalen Kecelakaan tertinggi adalah 233 dan Upper Control Limit tertinggi adalah 204, sedangkan Angka Ekuivalen Kecelakaan terendah adalah 30 dan Upper Control Limit terendah adalah 105. Berdasarkan perolehan Angka Ekuivalen Kecelakaan dan Upper Control Limit pada Jalan Soekarno Hatta bahwa lokasi rawan kecelakaan terjadi pada segmen 2 yaiu antara simpang Gede Bage sampai simpang Ibrahim Adjie.

ABSTRACT
Transportation problems that often occur are related to traffic accidents. Soekarno Hatta Street, which is anational road in Bandung City, is one of the roads with a fairly high accident rate. In 2022, Soekarno Hatta Road was ranked first with the highest accident. Based on the data, during 2022 there were 72 accidents or 13.5% of the total accidents in Bandung City. This research aims to evaluate traffic accidents and identify blackspot locations to traffic accidents on Soekarno Hatta Road using the Equivalent Number (AEK) and Upper Control Limit (UCL) methods. Based on the acquisition of the highest Accident Equivalent Number is 233 and the highest Upper Control Limit is 204, while the lowest Accident Equivalent Number is 30 and the lowest Upper Control Limit is 105. Based on the acquisition of Accident Equivalent Numbers and Upper Control Limits on Soekarno Hatta Road that the blackspot location occurred in the 2nd segment between the Gede Bage intersection to the Ibrahim Adjie intersection.
