Studi Pekerjaan Tanah Dengan Menggunakan Alat Berat Pada Proyek Pembangunan Kantor Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian (BTP) Wilayah Jawa Barat

Abstract

Dalam proyek konstruksi, alat berat memegang peranan penting, terutama untuk proyek
konstruksi dengan skala besar. Pada pekerjaan di wilayah ini dibutuhkan alat berat, sehingga
hasil yang di harapkan dapat tercapai dengan lebih mudah. Kesalahan dalam pemilihan alat dapat
menyebabkan waktu dan biaya yang dikeluarkan terbuang dengan percuma. Penelitian ini
dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah tipe jenis alat berat yang di gunakan di proyek ini sudah
efektif dengan Analisa dan membandingkan produktifitas alat berat, jumlah dan tipe alat berat
yang digunakan, biaya yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian dari dua alternatif dengan tipe jenis alat
berat yang berbeda menujukan bahwa alternatif 1 Memiliki hasil yang lebih efektif dengan jumlah
dan tipe alat berat : 2 unit excavator PC-100 dan PC-200; 3 unit dump truck FM260-JD euro2; 1
unit bulldozer D85E. Besar biaya pada pemilihan alat alternatif 1 pada pekerjaan pematangan
lahan di proyek tersebut sebesar Rp. 1.875.183.359,00 dengan total waktu penyelesaian selama
37 hari kalender.

ABSTRACT

In construction projects, heavy equipment plays an important role, especially for large-scale construction
projects. Work in this area requires heavy equipment, so that the expected results can be achieved more
easily. Mistakes in selecting tools can result in wasted time and costs. This research was carried out to find
out whether the type of heavy equipment used on this project was effective by analyzing and comparing
the productivity of heavy equipment, the number and type of heavy equipment used, the costs required.
The research results of two alternatives with different types of heavy equipment show that alternative two
