KAJIAN PENGGUNAAN ADDICTIVE ACCELERATOR TERHADAP BIAYA KONSTRUKSI

ABSTRAK
Dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi, terdapat bahan campuran beton yang mampu mempercepat pembangunan dan mengurangi resiko pemeliharaan. Bahan tambah ini disebuat akselerator. Permasalahan yang terjadi setelah pengecoran beton adalah perkembangan kekuatan beton sampai bekisting dapat dilepas atau dibongkar, hal ini menjadi penting karena selama ini pula biaya sewa terhadap scaffolding harus diperhitungkan. Dengan menggunakan akselerator maka early strength dari beton dapat dipercepat, dimana dalam waktu 3 hari strength dengan kekuatan 100 % mutu beton akan tercapai. Setelah melakukan analisa biaya antara beton akselerator dan beton tanpa akselerator. Dengan jumlah biaya pekerjaan memakai beton akselerator 2 zona senilai Rp.8.372.173.152, beton akselerator 5 zona senilai Rp.7.958.951.346, beton akselerator 10 zona senilai Rp.7.914.720.958 dan jumlah biaya pekerjaan memakai beton tanpa akselerator 2 zona senilai Rp. 8.445.791.375, beton tanpa akselerator 5 zona senilai Rp.8.022.922.289, beton tanpa akselerator 10 zona senilai Rp7.957.806.998. Maka pemakaian beton akselerator 10 zona lebih efektif dan efisien karena biaya lebih hemat dibandingkan dengan beton tanpa akselerator.

The problem that occurs after concrete casting is the development of the strength of the concrete until the formwork can be removed or dismantled, this is important because so far the lease costs for scaffolding have to be taken into account. By using an accelerator, the early strength of the concrete can be accelerated, where within 3 days the strength with a strength of 100% the quality of the concrete will be achieved. After analyzing the cost between accelerator concrete and concrete without accelerator. With the total cost of work using 2-zone accelerator concrete worth Rp. 8,372,173,152, 5 zone accelerator concrete worth Rp. 7,958,951,346, 10 zone accelerator concrete worth Rp. 7,914,720,958 and the total cost of work using concrete without 2 zone accelerator is Rp. 8,445,791,375, concrete without 5-zone accelerators worth Rp. 8,022,922,289, concrete without accelerators for 10 zones worth Rp7.957.806.998. So the use of 10-zone accelerator concrete is more effective and efficient because more cost effective compared to concrete without an accelerator.
