DESAIN HOLDING BAY NEW BINTAN RESORT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KABUPATEN BINTAN KEPULAUAN RIAU

ABSTRAK
Pada bulan Desember 2019 lebih dari 700 ribu turis telah mengunjungi Kabupaten Bintan, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Dengan terus meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara maka dibuat sebuah bandar udara baru dan perlu dibuat desain holding bay untuk tidak menyebabkan terjadi antrean pada taxiway. Holding bay memerlukan marka yang digunakan untuk memandu pesawat sehingga menghindari kecelakaan pesawat dengan pesawat. Pesawat Rencana yang digunakan adalah Boeing 737-900ER dengan ARFL 40.67 meter dan kode referensi bandar udara adalah 4C. Desain Holding bay dan Marka Holding bay harus sesuai dengan peraturan KP 326 Tahun 2019. Desain holding bay yang digunakan adalah bentuk holding bay trapezoidal yang memiliki radius belok melebihi persyaratan dan lebih nyaman karena sudut belok lebih kecil sehingga manuver pesawat lebih sederhana.

In December 2019, more than 700 thousand tourists visited Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. With the continued increase in the number of domestic and foreign tourists, a new airport was built and a holding bay design was needed so as not to cause delays on the taxiway. Holding bays require markers used to guide the aircraft to avoid plane crashes with a plane. The plan aircraft used is a Boeing 737-900ER with an ARFL of 40.67 meters and the airport reference code is 4C. The Holding bay and holding bay marking design must comply with KP 326 of 2019 regulations. The holding bay design used is a trapezoidal shape of which has a turning radius that exceeds the requirements and is more comfortable because the turning angle is smaller so that aircraft maneuverability is simpler.
