Analisa Perbandingan Biaya Penggunaan PCI Girder dan Steel Box Girder ( Studi Kasus : Jembatan Cimanuk Maktal)

Pembangunan jembatan dan flyover sedang banyak dicanangkan beberapa tahun terakhir, berbagai jenis material untuk membangun jembatan menjadi pertimabangan yang cukup penting agar biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pembangunan seminimal mungkin. Maka dilakukan perbandingan biaya antara dua jenis girder untuk mencari yang lebih murah. Jenis girder yang dibandingkan dalam jurnal ini adalah PCI-girder dan steel box girder. Untuk mendapatkan perbandingan yang baik, maka dilakukan perhitungan struktur untuk mengetahui kebutuhan girder dan dimensi masing-masing jenis girder. Untuk memikul beban kerja yang sama struktur PCI-girder membutuhkan 5 buah girder dengan tinggi 2100 mm dan lebar 800 mm, sedangkan struktur steel box girder membutuhkan 2 buah girder dengan lebar 2000 mm dan tinggi 2000 mm. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan biaya didapat biaya PCI-girder sebesar Rp.1.342.129.279,58 dan biaya steel box girder sebesar Rp. 2.023.103.739,20. dari perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya penggunaan PCI-girder lebih murah 33,66% dibandingkan biaya steel box girder.

The construction of bridges and flyovers has been widely planned in recent years, various types of materials to build bridges are an important consideration to make the costs of the construction are as minimal as possible. So this jurnal is talking about cost comparison between the two types of girders to find the cheaper one. The types of girders compared in this journal are PCI-girders and steel box girders. To get a good comparison, a structural calculation is carried out to determine the girder requirements and dimensions of each type of girder. To carry the same working load, the PCI-girder structure requires 5 girders with a height of 210 mm and a width of 80 mm, while a steel box girder structure requires 2 girders with a width of 2000 mm and a height of 2000 mm. After calculating the costs, the PCIgirder cost is Rp.1,342,129,279.58 and the steel box girder cost is Rp. 2.023.103.739,20. From these calculations, it can be concluded that the cost of using PCI-girders is 33,66% cheaper than the cost of steel box girders.
