EVALUASI PENCAPAIAN KOTA LAYAK ANAK PADA ASPEK INFRASTRUKTUR DI KOTA BANDUNG

Abstract

Pada tahun 2019 Kota Bandung meraih penghargaan dengan predikat Nindya (peringkat ketiga) dalam penilaian Kota/Kabupaten Layak Anak. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa masalah terkait penyediaan infrastruktur layak anak di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pencapaian Kota Layak Anak pada aspek infrastruktur di Kota Bandung dan faktor pendukung serta penghambatnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis isi berdasarkan data sekunder dan primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa pencapaian Kota Layak Anak pada aspek infrastruktur di Kota Bandung belum optimal. Variabel dengan nilai capaian tertinggi yaitu variabel hak sipil dan kebebasan. Sedangkan variabel dengan nilai capaian terendah adalah variabel perlindungan khusus. Terbatasnya anggaran menjadi penyebab utama belum optimalnya pencapaian Kota Layak Anak pada aspek infrastruktur di Kota Bandung. Namun, Pemerintah Kota Bandung mendapatkan dukungan berupa dana dan partisipasi dari berbagai pihak dalam pencapaian Kota Layak Anak pada aspek infrastruktur.

ABSTRACT
In 2019, Bandung City won an award with the title nindya (ranked third) in the assessment of City / Regency Worthy of Children. However, there are still some problems related to the provision of child-worthy infrastructure in the city of Bandung. This research aims to evaluate the achievement of a Child-Worthy City on aspects of infrastructure in the city of Bandung and its supporting factors and obstacles. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistics and content analysis based on secondary and primary data. The results showed that the
achievement of The Child Worthy City in the infrastructure aspect in the city of Bandung has not been optimal. The variables with the highest achievement values are the variables of civil rights and freedoms. While the variable with the lowest achievement value is a special protection variable. Limited budget is the main cause of the achievement of the City of Children's Worth in the infrastructure aspect in the city of Bandung. However, the Bandung City Government gets support in the form of funds and participation from various parties in the achievement of Child Worthy City on infrastructure aspects.
