PERANCANGAN APARTEMEN DENGAN PENERAPAN KONSEP ARSITEKTUR MODERN DI CICADAS BANDUNG

Bandung merupakan sebuah kota dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang cukup tajam setiap tahunnya. Hal ini berdampak terhadap meningkatnya kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal sedangkan luas wilayah terbatas. Kondisi ini mendorong terjadinya pertumbuhan ke arah vertikal yang ditandai dengan maraknya pembangunan apartemen dan rumah susun di beberapa kawasan hunian di kota Bandung, salah satunya di kawasan Cicadas Bandung. Cicadas adalah sebuah kawasan perdagangan di kota Bandung yang berkembang sejalan dengan perluasan kota Bandung ke arah timur. Saat ini tipologi hunian vertikal sudah terlihat di kawasan Cicadas, baik rumah toko yang berkembang ke arah vertikal maupun apartement yang terletak di belakang deretan rumah toko. ‘Alegria Apartement’ direncanakan dengan menerapkan konsep Arsitektur Modern dan berlokasi di belakang deretan rumah toko dengan akses dari jl jendral Ahmad Yani. Apartemen ini terdiri dari 2 tower sehingga dapat memanfaatkan cahaya matahari alami dan aliran udara. Selain itu Apartemen dilengkapi fasilitas penunjang yang diutamakan untuk penghuni Apartemen tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan bagi pengunjung lainnya. Fasade Apartemen ini disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penghuni dengan garis-garis horizontal yang berfungsi sebagai balkon dan dibuat sederhana sesuai dengan prinsip arsitektur modern. Diharapkan bentuk ini dapat menjadi ciri khas dari ‘Alegria Apartemen’ yang menerapkan kejujuran material sesuai dengan konsep Arsitektur Modern.

Abstract
Bandung is a city with a fairly sharp increase in population every year. This has an impact on increasing the need for housing while the area is limited. This condition encourages growth in a vertical direction which is marked by the widespread construction of apartments and flats in several residential areas in the city of Bandung, one of which is in the Cicadas area of Bandung. Cicadas is a trading area in the city of Bandung which is developing in line with the expansion of the city of Bandung to the east. Currently, the typology of vertical housing has been seen in the Cicadas area, both shop houses that are growing vertically and apartments located behind a row of shop houses. 'Alegria Apartement' is planned by applying the concept of Modern Architecture and is located behind a row of shop houses with access from Jl jendral ahmad Yani. This apartment consists of 2 towers so you can take advantage of natural sunlight and air flow. In addition, the apartment is equipped with supporting facilities that are prioritized for apartment residents but do not rule out the possibility for other visitors. The facade of this apartment is adapted to the needs of the residents with horizontal lines that function as balconies and made simple according to modern architectural principles. It is hoped that this form can be a hallmark of 'Alegria Apartement' which applies material honesty in accordance with the concept of Modern Architecture.
