Perancangan Rendezvous Building Dengan Penerapan Konsep Arsitektur Industrial di Kota Baru Parahyangan

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Kota Baru Parahyangan merupakan suatu kota yang dikembangkan oleh PT. Lyman Property yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dikarenakan jumlah penduduk yang terus meningkat, kebutuhan penduduk pun ikut meningkat. Kabupaten Bandung Barat belum tersedia adanya pusat perbelanjaan. Maka diperlukan adanya pusat perbelanjaan. Pusat Perbelanjaan adalah kompleks pertokoan yang dikunjungi untuk membeli barang sesuai kebutuhannya. Arsitektur Industrial merupakan gaya desain serta pemanfaatan konstruksi bangunan yang fungsi utamanya melayani dan mewadahi seluruh proses kebutuhan industri. Gaya industrial mengacu pada trend estetika pada desain, dengan menonjolkan pada penggunaan material mentah atau material dasar seperti semen, baja, besi dan bata sebagai material utama bangunan. Pembangunan Rendezvous Building ini menerapkan tema Arsitektur Industrial sehingga, hasil rancangan pada pusat perbelanjaan ini menerapkan beberapa aspek Arsitek Industrial seperti, pengeksposan struktur kolom dengan fungsi sebagai struktur dan juga ornamen pada fasad bangunan, pemilih dan memakai warna netral dan juga monochrome, pengeksposan bahan mentah (raw materials), serta menempatkan furniture dengan tata letak yang minimalis.

ABSTRACT
Kota Baru Parahyangan is a city developed by PT. Lyman Property which is located in West Bandung Regency. Because the population continues to increase, the needs of the population also increase. West Bandung Regency does not yet have a shopping center. So, there is a need for a shopping center. A shopping center is a shopping complex that is visited to buy goods according to their needs. Industrial architecture is a style of design and use of building construction whose main function is to serve and accommodate the entire process of industrial needs. Industrial style refers to the aesthetic trend in design, by highlighting the use of raw materials or basic materials such as cement, steel, iron and brick as the main building materials. The construction of the Rendezvous Building applies the theme of Industrial Architecture so that the design results for this shopping center apply several aspects of Industrial Architects, such as exposing column structures with functions as structures and ornaments on the building facade, choosing and using neutral and monochrome colors, exposing raw materials (raw materials), as well as placing furniture with a minimalist layout.
