PENERAPAN ARSITEKTUR KONTEMPORER PADA HOTEL BINTANG EMPAT DI JALAN LOMBOK, BANDUNG

Kota Bandung termasuk kota metropolitan terbesar di Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan salah satu tujuan utama pariwisata maupun bisnis. Masyarakat dari luar kota Bandung melaksanakan kegiatan bisnis di Kota Bandung. Kebutuhan akan akomodasi penginapan Hotel menjadi meningkat seiring adanya kegiatan bisnis di Kota Bandung. Kota Bandung tempat yang strategis untuk membangun Hotel dikarenakan adanya tempat wisata, kepemerintahan, pusat pendidikan dan lainnya mendukung pembangunan hotel. Untuk itu perlu adanya pembangunan Hotel yang mampu memikat pengunjung Hotel datang. Arsitektur Kontemporer dapat menjadi pilihan tema pada Hotel karena kontemporer merupakan karya arsitektur pada masa sekarang hingga masa yang akan datang serta belum terdapatnya Arsitektur Kontemporer pada tapak yang akan dibangun. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif karena menghasilkan data deskripsi seperti makna penerapan tema terhadap bangunan yang dirancang, tahapan pengolahan data mengenai perencanaan hingga perancangan, serta perhitungan pada estimasi biaya. Tujuan proyek rancangan ini yaitu membuat desain Hotel Bisnis bintang empat dengan mengusung tema Arsitektur Kontemporer yang berada di Jalan Lombok, Bandung. Hasil dari perancangan Hotel tersebut diberi nama Allure City Hotel yang dengan pengertian Hotel yang memikat berada di pusat kota, serta telah menerapkan unsur – unsur Arsitektur Kontemporer dalam desainnya.

Abstract
The city of Bandung is the largest metropolitan city in West Java Province with one of the main destinations for tourism and business. People from outside the city of Bandung carry out business activities in the city of Bandung. The need for hotel accommodation is increasing along with business. The city of Bandung is a strategic place to build a hotel because of the tourist attractions, government, educational centers and others that support hotel development. For this reason, it is necessary to build a hotel that is able to make hotel visitors come. Contemporary Architecture can be the theme of choice for the hotel because contemporary is an architectural work from the present to the future and there is no Contemporary Architecture on the site to be built. The method that will be used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, quantitative because it produces data descriptions such as the application of the theme to the designed building, the stages of data processing from planning to design, as well as calculations on cost estimates. The purpose of this design project is to design a four – star Business Hotel with the theme of Contemporary Architecture located on Jalan Lombok, Bandung. The result of the design of the hotel is name Allure City Hotel, which means a hotel located in the city center, and has implemented elements of Contemporary Architecture in its design.
